This federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education is designed to be a resource to Connecticut families. CT PIRC provides statewide support to families, community and faith-based organizations, and educators. Whether it is through our website or 1-800 Parent Line, our hope is we can provide you with valuable tools to help you make informed decisions about your child’s education. Please feel free to poke around our website and give us feedback on the current content or desired content. The CT PIRC 1-800-842-8678 is up and running, so give us a call!

The Connecticut Parent Information and Resource Center (CT PIRC) is housed in Middletown. While currently under development, CT PIRC is designed to serve families, educators, and service providers on behalf of the children of Connecticut.

Once complete, this website will contain materials about CT PIRC activities, including CT Parents as Teachers, the CT PIRC Advisors Board and Special Committees, resources, and education materials for families and professionals on NCLB and rights of families, family involvement, family learning, school-family-community partnerships, research, and more!

CT PIRC has a toll-free number that allows parents, guardians, and other family members to contact CT PIRC staff directly for information about training and resource materials. Call CT PIRC's Toll-Free Parent Line: 1-800-842-8678.
